SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our domestic and international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn (DHL).
International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer internationally. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on the package.
We strive to get packages to our customers as quickly as possible, all orders within the USA will be delivered within 2-7 business days after purchase, orders outside of the USA will be delivered within 10-15 business days after purchase, pending Immigration and Customs.
USPS STANDARD SHIPPING - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED: This method of shipping DOES NOT require that the carrier obtain a signature at the time of delivery of a package. Please be aware that by selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery. USPS has permission to leave your package outside the door. Although most delivery carriers will knock or ring the bell, they are not required to do so and may leave the package outside.
USPS STANDARD SHIPPING - SIGNATURE REQUIRED: This method of shipping DOES require that the carrier receive a signature at the time of delivery of a package. Please note that the carrier will leave a note for first and second attempts, however, they will return the package to sender after a third attempt if no one is available to sign for the package at time of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee for "Refused" or "Return to Sender" packages. The customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost if they wish for a package to be re-shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
Please check your email for your tracking number within 2 business days after your order was placed, please also check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not see your tracking number in your main inbox.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekends nor holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day after being processed.
